About Us

Soils Application LLC has conducted business in Jefferson and Clallam County since the late 1980’s. Original owner, Richard Olson worked with local clients until he moved to the Spokane area in 2000 to be closer to family. 

Ken Warren was hired and trained by Olson, then later bought the company which grew in both clientele and profits between 2000 and 2009.  Ken still holds his designers license and now lives in Deer Park, Washington just north of Spokane.

Current owner, Eric Hibbard was hired in the summer of 2004 and began training to become a State Licensed Onsite Sewage Designer. He passed the licensing test in 2007 and purchased Soils Application in July of 2010.  

The company continues to expand its service areas and now includes Eric’s brother, Richard Hibbard, in the Tri-Cities area to serve our clients throughout Benton County and Franklin County.
